The Skinny

sweetthinspiration:

Just a reminder to everybody: as much as I LOVE it that people are already buying my book (THANK YOU ALL!!!), I am making the Kindle version available for FREE next Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This is my way of saying with all my heart:

I LOVE YOU, TUMBLR FRIENDS! I NEVER COULD HAVE DONE IT…

So this is my progress from 01/21/13 to 4/23/13.I’m kind of ashamed to post these but whatever.I just hope nobody who knows me personally will find these *coughs* and I know that there’s not a big difference but I really felt like posting them.
It’s only a 12 lbs/4kg difference but in these 3 months I slipped back and refused to quit. After dropping those 12 lbs(for the 1st time) I gained them back due to a 3 week ”binge fest”…I thought that there was no way I’d quit. The second time I didn’t just eat clean but I also exercised after I got a gym membership. So the “after” photo shows my body after losing those lbs for the second time, in less than 4 weeks time(which was surprising because I’ve increased my calories). Both pictures are during my journey.Still a long way to go, but I keep reminding myself that from a SW of 174 lbs(and a HW of 189lbs) I have a CW of 142 lbs at 5’3.I’ve already worked hard and if I quit now my struggles would mean nothing.
PS: Don’t ever give up :)
